Terms of Service

Last updated June 1, 2026

These terms apply when you create an account or register a player with UA Flag Canada ("UA Flag," "we," "us"). By using our platform you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

Accounts and registration

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Players who are minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the information provided and for accepting these terms and our waivers on the child's behalf. You agree to keep your account information accurate and to keep your sign-in secure.

Fees and payment

Registration fees are shown before you complete a registration and are charged through our payment processor, Stripe. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Your registration is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms can vary by program and location. The specific policy for your program is communicated at registration. If you have a question about a refund, contact us or your local operator and we'll work with you in good faith.

Waivers and assumption of risk

Flag football is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. As part of registration you'll review and accept a waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement. Those waivers form part of your agreement with us; these terms do not replace them.

Code of conduct

We're building a positive, safe environment for kids. Players, parents, and spectators are expected to treat coaches, officials, volunteers, and one another with respect. We may remove anyone from a program for conduct that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others, consistent with our program policies.

Photos and media

Photos and video are sometimes taken at our programs and events. Where we ask for media consent, you can indicate your preference during registration, and you can contact us at any time to update it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to register someone without the authority to do so.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or pause features as we improve the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UA Flag is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
