The final major fall test

The UA Elite Fall Invitational is the final major fall test for competitive flag football programs. After welcoming 80 teams across 10 divisions in 2025, the Invitational returns earlier in November with controlled division capacity and a sharper event model.

Teams can expect strong matchups, a four-game minimum, 25-minute games, IFAF rules and a clear path from pool play to the championship stage. Initial capacity is limited to eight paid teams per division so pools and schedules can be locked earlier and delivered more reliably.

Eight spots per division

Eight initial team spots are available per division.

Once eight are paid, additional teams move to a waitlist. UA Flag may release four additional spots only when the division and event schedule can support a twelve-team structure.

We are here to support

How is our spot confirmed?

Full payment confirms the team. A $200 non-refundable deposit holds the spot for seven calendar days; the balance is due by 11:59 p.m. ET on Day 7. Unpaid spots are released.

Can Canadian teams pay by e-transfer?

Yes. Enter CANADA at checkout and send payment to [payments@uaflag.ca](mailto:payments@uaflag.ca). The spot is not confirmed until funds are received.

What is the withdrawal policy?

Registration fees are non-refundable. A team providing written notice by October 24 may receive a credit toward a 2027 UA Flag tournament equal to the amount paid less the $200 deposit. After October 24, no refund or credit is available.

What identification is required?

Every athlete must provide valid government-issued identification or an official birth record showing the athlete's name and date of birth. Documents are reviewed only for eligibility and handled confidentially.

What happens in poor weather?

This is an outdoor late-fall event. UA Flag monitors field and safety conditions and will communicate any material schedule adjustment to registered coaches.

Why the earlier date?

The Invitational moves earlier in November than last year to create a stronger late-fall competition window for athletes, families and travelling teams. It remains an outdoor event, and teams should prepare for variable late-fall conditions. Material safety or schedule updates will be communicated directly to registered coaches.
